at least they called it right. Oh, no. this place had quite terrible customer service the last few times, I took it as just bad, but three times the charm and I can and will not go back there. the flesh was never really good except for the ribs, and last time I went. I got tidy customer service with someone who allowed me to get only the ribs and not any of the extras like 2 lb rice that they seem to serve with any carnivore. this time the manager let me know that it was impossible for her to sell me only the meat and not the rice, which means that I should take the rice, whether I wanted it or not. they can imagine that could have gone completely sideways, an example that I would have throw...
I am not particularly finicky when it comes to food, so I did enjoy my meal at this restaurant. However, I must say that the quality has declined since they first opened several years ago, around 2018, making it four years ago. I have visited about five times within the past three years, and unfortunately, the food keeps getting worse. I only gave it five stars because of the great experience I had when they first opened. The meat used to be juicy and tender, but now it is dry and not as satisfying. Even the macaroni and cheese does not live up to its previous standard. It seems that there is a lack of attention to detail and care in the current operation of the restaurant.
I would recommend this place to anyone who likes a good grill especially the meat. I really enjoy the reserve ribs that I love the taste and the sauce that they put on the flesh. it has a sweet taste I really enjoy. The huh has been incredibly immersed in the teriyaki and Katsu sauce they do. I can't get enough of the carb with the meat! I love how easy they make the rice and the Makkaroni salad. everything else has so much taste, the simple aromen really balance everything, so nothing is too salty or about powering. the best part is that I will not be upset after eating here. they hold the fat here!
The katsu chicken is amazing here, and don't forget to order extra macaroni salad. It reminds me of the plate lunches I had as a kid on Oahu. There's nothing better than a plate lunch after spending the day body surfing at Sandy's. My only suggestion is to bring back the roast beef, which used to be a popular plate lunch option. The restaurant is very clean and everyone is friendly.
I couldn't find where they list their ingredients and by eating things that I would never have guessed milk in him. They only have a general warning that their food could have one of the great allergens in him. I should have taken a sign that they didn't want my business. I'm not going back. it is really regrettable because you eat great.
no stars. it found a long hair in the Makkaroni salad that was so rough. Try to call the load and the number didn't work. I called another store for help for a possible updated number. they were not interested and did not help. they tried to call, got the same result and said there was nothing they could do.
