Ono Hawaiian Bbq - Réservation de table

Love their food!! I've tried other Hawaiian BBQ but always come back to Ono even though the one in my hometown closed during the pandemic. We always get their spam matsubi! Soooo good! There is a lot of different options with low carbs and smaller portions (their mini plates) and seafood. Their Hawaiian BBQ mix with the ribs is the best one! Did I mention their macaroni salad is by far the best compare to the other surrounding Hawaiian BBQ restaurants?!? You can also fill up your own sauces at their sauce station. As many as you like! I don't know why Ono only gets 3.5 stars but we love it! No complaints here!

I absolutely love Ono! They serve fantastic BBQ chicken, and the drinks in the cooler by the register are refreshingly delicious. The meals are definitely worth the prices! The rice is perfectly cooked—neither mushy nor undercooked—just right. Their macaroni salad is wonderful, and honestly, everything I’ve tried is delicious! The portions are quite generous, and they offer a great variety of dishes. I love it now and will always love it!

Attention to those in the back! Things are quite different at the front. Our food was left sitting for about 10-15 minutes while newer orders and phone calls were given priority, alongside the delivery of takeout. By the time I received my shrimp, they had lost their crispiness, but they were still tasty! Also, a quick note: be cautious with your drink cup to ensure that the checkout staff's gloved fingers don't go inside it.

I waited 25 minutes for my order of a chicken plate, and it was disappointing. The rice was stale, and the portion of chicken certainly didn't justify the $12 price tag. To put it bluntly, this place is not worth it. A 20-minute wait should guarantee excellent food, and that was definitely not the case here. Just two doors down, The Golden Bowl was far superior. Fantastic service! I ordered through Postmates and called to request extra Katsu sauce and an additional cup of macaroni. The person who answered the phone was incredibly friendly and courteous. The food is delicious—I ordered the chicken katsu and a mix of barbecue chicken, beef, and chicken katsu. I highly recommend checking out this restaurant!

If I could give this restaurant zero stars, I absolutely would. The staff at the front counter were incredibly rude, and the food was disappointing. I used to really like this place, but now I regret my visits. Trust me, you’ll be glad you chose to skip it and save your hard-earned money.

Was my first time here and had a good experience. Friendly staff, the food tasted fresh, and the place was clean. The fire chicken is just the right amount of heat. The spam musubi also had good flavor from the sauce inside. 5 stars I'll be back again to try the other menu items.

I attempted to place my order over the phone multiple times, but each time I was disconnected. On my fourth call, no one picked up. I decided to go to the restaurant in person, only to wait 35 minutes for a single plate of food. It was definitely not worth the hassle. Réservez une table maintenant
