The food is good , the staff are very polite and helpful . The service is average and the atmosphere is a bunch of messy tables and booths . The tables were dirty and the condiments table was a mess . The atmosphere made this place feel and look GHETTO ‍. Vegetarian options: You would have to buy the meal at full price and take the meat off the plate . Came to lunch during the rush hour. Waiting time wasn't bad. Place was clean and both sauces were full (the Teriyaki and Katsu). The Hawaiian mixture and chicken catsu ordered. The food was hot. Last time I accidentally took my order from here. When I told the staff what happened, they replaced my order without forgiveness. This place never disappoints.

I'm not sure about this location; sometimes the food is great, and other times it's not good at all. There have been instances when I've barely received any vegetables, and other times my chicken has been incredibly dry.
