I visited this place hoping to find a drink, unsure of what to order, and I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly and knowledgeable staff. They willingly offered suggestions while I sought something low in caffeine. Don't hesitate to stop by, even if you’re unsure of what you want—there are so many options available. Not only were they helpful, but I keep returning because their tea is delicious, and I’ve found a new favorite drink. Thank you, Ono Tea House, for bringing your wonderful tea to El Monte!
Customer Service is awful. I waited 25 minutes for 1 House Milk Tea. After 20 minutes, I asked them to cancel my drink refund my money which they responded “uhhh wait wait”. There were 3 of us who had orders of 1 or 2 who didn’t get our drinks until people who arrived after us with larger orders. Will not be returning, I rather drive farther not waste almost half an hour for 1 drink.
I loved! It has an incredible variety of tea flavors, with milk, black, green, with fruit, boba (super smooth), pearls, and they are a good size (I ordered a regular and it was a lot and at a good price). The Honeydew green tea milk became my favorite.Also very good customer service.
Nice and chill place. They redecorated the place and put out tables so you can sit and study or hang out here now. Their drinks are good and really big size, too. I always order large and it lasts me 2 days :D

Ordered the green milk tea less sugar with boba. The tea tasted pretty good and the boba was chewy and fresh. A pretty nice boba place in the area.
I really love green tea, and their jasmine green tea is incredible! They offer large cups and an extensive menu, along with high-quality tea.
The service here is excellent, and the drinks are truly amazing. It's a fantastic place to visit!
