The prawn tempura was the first dish to arrive, and it was crispy and served hot. Next came the sushi sandwich, which was large enough to share, consisting of six substantial triangular pieces—equivalent to nearly three regular sandwiches. My friend decided to skip the Oranj sauce (a mildly spicy mayo), which made the dish a bit dry and more difficult to eat, but I enjoyed it by dipping it in soy sauce. The sandwich had rice and nori acting as the "bread," with salmon, avocado, and purple onion filling.
Following that was the sushi cake, served in eight rectangular pieces that were also quite shareable. It was easy to eat thanks to the Oranj sauce drizzled on top, and I really enjoyed it, e...
