Visited with friends and family for Reserved dinner and Caberet special occasion!the table was booked in the part of the Venue where the Caberet was to be held the we were told after the meal and drinks due to overbooking it was moved to the bar area not the area we booked but we could listen to it through the speakers!went and spoke to the Manager and was told that he never asked us to come in not the reply I expected.I then said that what we had been given wasn't what we had agreed on reserving the table and double checking on arrival! I said it was bordering of fraud what he had done not only to us but all the rest of the tables booked!I said I was reluctant in paying the bill due to what...
Ate here last night as we’d rediscovered it a couple of weeks ago. The food is best described as simple dishes done really well….which can be hard to achieve. A shared nachos starter was light and tasty. My steak pie was tender, hot and flavoursome whilst my husbands burger was well cooked, moist and served with fresh salad garnish. The staff were friendly, helpful and attentive. It was not busy …which is a shame but reflects the move out of lockdown where people’s habits have changed. The restaurant area was well ventilated and spaced out and we had no concerns. Please support this local town centre gem!
Check your bill (see attached)! Charging you the wrong prices for drinks. Happened to us and the two tables next to us. We did get refund but seemed a consistent practice of overcharging or adding additional items. Seemed in general inexperienced staff who lacked good customer service and were very defensive when feedback was provided and made threats. It’s a nice venue, good enough food but can not recommend based on how it’s currently run. Other better places to eat in Falkirk.
it was pretty good, bar staff was decent, but without someone who floats around the place in a daze. the people were busy making drinks orders for tables and were put under pressure to help bar custom due to these colleagues drift seem very little to do except they had absolutely. they finally served at the bar, but only after the waiting of the frustrated customers waited a significant time. we would have received 4 stars if it hadn't been sad for this worker.

great for a nice night out. very cheap for the location and host a great atmosphere. it is rustic look wears no frills, but it is simply perfect for a night with family or friends would recommend and I will soon be thanks to the coworkers for all their efforts and give us a beautiful experience
Overall, I was quite disappointed with this restaurant. The menu is outdated and lacks any vegan or vegetarian options. However, if you're looking for dishes packed with cholesterol, you're in luck. Just be sure to keep an eye on your bill, as overcharging has been reported.
for late lunch and drinks. the staff was very attentive, friendly and friendly and the service was amazing. eating was very nice, great selection of starters and snacks. was not too busy. toilets were immaculate.
Excellent fresh food served by lovely young enthusiastic staff. It is a sign of a great team when the staff appear to be enjoying their work. Food obviously made on site. Highly recommended.

We had a 3 course lunch all dishes were really good. The staff are fantastic everyone is so pleasant and friendly. Really good atmosphere too.
