The food here is delicious. I would only come here after work. The service here I got every time I came was good. I love how they have a spice rack. That's what I look forward to when going into thai restaurants. The food here tastes like Thailand, very authentic. They have great happy hour appetizer selections. This is the best Thai restaurant in the area! The portion sizes are generous, the flavors are outstanding, and the presentation of the food is beautiful. The service is also excellent. I ordered three vegetarian items for takeout, but when I got home and began eating, I found that I had been given fresh rolls with shrimp instead. I called the restaurant to notify them of the error, but they did not offer to correct my order. I was disappointed with the customer service, and I won’t be returning to this place.
We absolutely love Orchid Thai! We often order from them through DoorDash, and the food is always excellent. The flavors are great, and the quality is consistently high. I particularly enjoy their asparagus green curry, and my husband likes to switch things up, but it’s always delicious! Food: 5 Service: 5
