Orchidee (im Parkhotel Rügen)

the hotel is located almost in the middle of the beaten and thus a good exit point for trips in all directions, but not necessarily suitable for holiday. the hotel also has business customers and event rooms. our room was very clean and made a freshly renovated impression as well as the flair, restaurant and bar. we had booked overnight with breakfast and the breakfast buffet was well equipped. buns, jams, sausages, cheeses, fruits and vegetables in great variety. in one evening we have eaten in the on-site restaurant orchidee a la carte. eating was good and good. for other guests was built a buffet that also looked very delicious. I have two small critique points. on the tables are orchids, but made of paper and plastic and the une are gray. that is something I don't understand, good weeping doesn't cost the world and is stable, often better. Why does a house lie in this quality not a handful of captivating and thinks it is edible? I am pleased to pay a middle double-digit price for a decent wein and therefore I should not stand alone. but without offer no sales.

General As a hotel guest I was allowed to visit this restoration on 4 days, however, no statements can be made at the price. In this respect, I forgive 3 neutral stars at the price. Service Friendly service, obviously in part still in training learning phase. Offer in the form of a buffet, therefore the evaluation is only possible to a limited extent. Great selection of bread, cereals, cheese, cheese, cold cuts, but certain weaknesses in detail. Fresh cut fruit, but partly fruit and also fruit salad from can. In tea no loose leaves, but plastic tea bags from Eilers, hot water outlet was already calcified. The finished agitator was no longer hot at the opening at 6:30 p.m., just warm. However, fresh (hot) mirror egg was prepared on request. The ambience nice ambience, however, was also forgotten in the morning to completely switch on the lighting of the open area. Cleanliness No reason for complaints, except calcified hot water outlet at the tea station.

for a family celebration, the restaurant of the hotel is unfortunately not suitable. the agreed agreements are not adhered to to wishing the service citizens. the level of the kitchen is in order, but that was already a pity. the restaurant is usually flooded by bus groups and therefore also acts quite unpleasant.

the hotel is beautiful and the room is beautifully bright and large. the staff are friendly and have new ideas for ever. the hotel makes very delicious food and the bar invites you to sit in the evening
