while a normal menu is available, you should definitely look past the "all-you-can-eat" offers. "Live-Cooking" nights are a pleasure - they can choose raw materials: meat, vegetables, noodles, sauces etc. and the cook prepares their individual dish to expect. they do not expect an extraordinary service, although the waiters are very polite when they create their attention.
