PLEASE SHARE….. DO NOT ORDER. ORIENTAL INN AT Beeston, High Road Website had incorrect prices, when calling they said they didn’t know how to change this. Website said 45 mins delivery. When calling 30 mins after they said out for collection was told definitely on its way and with the driver. 30 mins pass again to be told the Beeston branch is closed and they are operating from Nottingham City Centre. Another 20 mins. We call again to be told they have no drivers are sending orders in taxis. We offered to go and pick up to be told nowhere to pick up from? I would give this restaurant a 0/5 rating if I could. My order was more than 90 minutes late when I ordered through Uber Eats. I tried calling the number listed for the restaurant and also the one on Google, but I received no response. Finally, when I did get a call back, the person on the other end was quite aggressive and told me to call the delivery driver myself to find out where he was. The driver claimed to have left 25 minutes ago, even though the drive to my house should only take 12 minutes. We ordered from here as our usual outlet was closed and the food was absolutely shocking. The beef in black bean sauce smelt like a drain and tasted absolutely disgusting. The meat was very low quality. Unfortunately, the whole meal ended up in the bin and we ended up ordering a replacement from another restaurant, Lucky Restaurant (highly recommend). I sent a message via Facebook as soon as we had this experience to tell them of our experience and they were not apologetic in the slightest. Just proceeded to tell me I was wrong and the 'food was cooked fresh every day ' and nobody else had complained that evening. Clearly they think we were lying. I ordered some food from this takeaway through the ‘Just Eat’ app and once again had an excellent meal. Just ordered Lemon Chicken, Sweet Sour Chicken with Rice. The food arrived pipping hot and tasted really good. Arrived before the due time which was also excellent. A great local Chinese. Réservez une table maintenant

The order was incomplete, with one meal missing and the food was cold upon delivery. We attempted to contact the restaurant by phone but there was no answer. Additionally, we were mistakenly charged for a chicken chow mein that we did not receive.

We frequent this restaurant often and have never encountered any problems. The delicious food is served quickly, and we will continue to dine here until any issues arise. Thank you.

Just had a delivery, the food was cold and disgusting. Under cooked rice and just horrible. I have thrown my meal in the bin. Shocking! Go elsewhere for a decent takeaway.

Just had Chinese from oriental inn Beeston. Food arrived in good time and qualify was amazing. Well tasty one of the best take away see have had and we have had a few. Réservez une table maintenant

Our regular stop for takeaway. Never had a bad meal. Chicken and cashew nuts is a favourite. Tried other dishes and not been disappointed.Good service too.

Ribs had no meat on them, spring rolls weren't very nice. Only went here as our usual was closed for Chinese new year. Never ever again.
