Original Michelangelo Pizzeria- Eastport

After dining this past Saturday at the Original Michelangelo Eastport in the KIng Kullen shopping center I was left dumbfounded how such a great place could change so much. It became quickly clear ownership had changed. The restaurant side was completely understaffed and staffed by totally untrained staff. Not a manager visible. The level of cleanliness also went down. The baked clam appetizer was ok but needed to be cooked longer. Our entrees lacked in flavor, my chicken piccata came with a side of pasta with wrong sauce which they did offer to correct. We came tonight last minute to make a delivery down the road, our customer drove me to this place because the wife wanted a real new york pizza and boy they did not disappoint ?. Thank you for taking my last minute order. If we are ever in this area again we’ll surely be in.

Ordered the Gorgonzola/Salad pie which has been my families favorite for years. The pie costed a whopping $31 dollars and somehow barely had any gorgonzola cheese on it. Basically paid $31 for pizza crust and some arugula veggies. Won't be ordering again.

Be carrying you order through DoorDash…they don’t include all items…my dasher offered to go back so I called them and they said ok, when they got there they said no…not happy
