Original Pancake House

Very disappointed in today 's visit. I LOVED this place the first couple times I went. Today, I called in my order and was told 20 minutes. I showed up 35 minutes later and they never even processed the order because of a printer problem. I was told it would be 10 minutes more. I waited another 20 minutes to get the food. When I got to my office, I found that the food that took an hour to get was bland and soooo disappointing. The omelettes that used to be fluffy

Respectfully, change the cook. I ordered crepes they were more like folded up pancakes. Crepes are never supposed to be this thick. Then I found a piece of plastic halfway through. I don?t know what?s up with this location lately. Super disappointed, my family comes here all the time but this is the second time this week they?ve messed up my order. This place would get 3 stars bc Michelle is the best waitress at this location, she was sweet understanding.

7/5/2022 Alissa was nice and made good suggestions. We did pay over $100 for 5 people for pancakes and eggs but it was all tasty. Blubbery pancakes, yummy. Wife liked the Dutch baby better with fruit. On my Middle Class Monotony (MCM) scale (0-5 where 0 is NOT cheap or monotonous and 5 being very cheap and monotonous): It's easy to get in but not exactly cheap, I'll go with 4 MCM.

Our waitress Michelle was great! Very friendly and personable. Typically food at any OPH is great and this location doesn?t disappoint. Always a treat. Go early, avoid the crowds. We got there on a Sunday at 7am, empty.

Great service, great food, great time spent. Not expensive either. If you have not been before me sure yo go and try the pancakes
