Original Pancake House

Ordered $70 in take out. Showed up when they texted me it was ready. Spoke to someone within 2 minutes of it being ready but was asked to wait for the food. Staff was honestly rude and I don’t usually say anything about staff because I get it this isn’t your life it’s just a job but yeah they were grouchy and it was only 10am?? After 10 minutes I asked about my food to two separate people because I was a little worried that they didn’t know what was going on, as the operation seemed hectic. It was clear they weren’t communicating as neither had any idea anytime I asked. Anyway, 18 minutes later I was given the food and they apologized for the wait and said the text I received 20 minutes ago...

Got breakfast here 06/22/2024 around 1130am, we come here fairly regularly over the last year. Our waitress was fantastic and truly did all she could do with our order of 2 waffles with strawberries and whip cream on the side, hash browns with onions, kielbasa, and apple juice. The whip cream was runny because it was so hot in the restaurant, we sat up front by the window with a clear view of the kitchen. They made one waffle twice, both were soggy/not done. The waitress said the manager stated there was nothing wrong with the 1st waffle and that she is not coming out to hear complaints. I absolutely love the Pancake House! I love a good breakfast for dinner, and this place hits the spot every time. I always get the 49er flapjacks with a side of bacon. I prefer my bacon crispy, and they never fail to make it actually crispy.

Sat us at the table where the Sun was shining in your face didn't even bother to ask if we wanted to move when we complained about it. nothing special to speak of food-wise and very expensive

Garbage!!! Always forgetting part of the meal and I live a 25 minute drive to the restaurant so almost an hour round trip. This is why I will NEVER TIP ANYWHERE EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

Pretty decent place with a mom and pop feel. Food came out quick services was good. if you don't want a super franchise like Ihop or dennys this is a good pick

I only asked them to make the fries well done. The server was screaming in the kitchen, which we could hear that we made that request customer service.

Everything was delicious! It was made fresh, and you could tate the wholesomeness. It was our first time having dinner there, and it was delightful.

I recommend the Dutch baby (worth the 20 minute wait! and all the pancakes, very good. Only flaw: cleanliness.
