Just had my last meal at Pocono Pub! Really? What happened to this really decent restaurant? We used to shoot pool and have great meals here but that kind of went the way with the pool tables. Haven’t been here in a while because the pool tables were removed, so we recently had the sampler dinner for two and realized that it didn’t have wings like it used to. It had dry flat chicken tenders (one shorted too! and mozzarella sticks (dry and hard , Pierogis (dry and hard , mac and cheese bites (truly a lousy tasteless batter dipped item for any dinner except a children’s menu , and none of it was very tasty or palatable. Being a local, I along w my family and friends have visited the Pub multiple times over many years. Unfortunately tonight’s dinner was less than acceptable. A Aged bone in ribeye was ordered at a medium temperature. This is what was presented to our table . A overdone precut steak (it was cut by staff after being placed on an adjacent table w no communication, left there while he went back to the bar to then proceed to incorrectly slice it and then place it on our table). Placed on the plate exactly as shown in the photo. Never again. Especially for $49.99 Note in this economy food prices are high, quality and expectations should be held high also.

Absolutely THE place to eat.. Yeah, it's a pub, and yeah, it was noisy. But the food! Perfectly cooked and flawlessly presented seared tuna. Awesome mac and cheese buffalo chicken style. A blue Long Island ice tea! Friendly, competent staff. Highly recommended!

Great little local place! Food is always good, try the Patty Melt, service is excellent! Always attentive and quick. The outdoor patio is a great place to enjoy company and a meal. Always omon the list of where should we go tonight

Not sure why it put just fu from my entire review but I will retype. The food was cold when we received it and we ended up leaving early because we couldn't get anything to come in a decent time. Funish atmosphere
I absolutely LOVE this place. No matter whether you come for BREAKFAST, LUNCH or Dinner the food is delicious. The staff is AMAZING, they are family oriented and their prices are really good....

They served my burger with the paper that separates cheese slices still on the cheese. Then only comped me $2 on my meal. Pathetic.
Hamburger and wraps delicious! Served up by a sweet friendly server. Oh yes the taramasu was terrific. Outside patio a plus!!
