Original Tommy's World Famous Hamburgers

I am a HUGE Tommy's fan, I am born and raised in LA so I was excited to find a Tommy's location in Chino. I was sadly disappointed with the service food. I used the drive thru to place my order everything was fine until I got my order. I asked for chile peppers (because they are must when eating Tommy's) the associate seemed annoyed I when I was handed my food -by a different person (not the person who charged me) he practically came out of the drive thru window to shove the food in my face. I order a double chile cheese burger, which was good but the yellow pepper were horrible! They looked old, they were dried out, and one of them had a dark spot inside of it. When I had originally gone there it was coming home a bit later [Not midnight type of late but more of 7 pm]. When we had gotten our food and I got to my burger I noticed that it somehow still had been cold to eat and uneven in temperatures making it very uncomfortable to eat. I wouldn't recommend it unless they update how their food is prepared as no one would want a lukewarm to fridge temp burger.

First of lets start by saying chilli was gross i think you guys get it off a bag or can because it had a nasty taste. Burgers get so soggy with chilli . Employees are so rude no chance of asking for condiments because the only throw you the bag and walk away. Never going back again talk about best chilli in the world hahahahaFood: 1/5

I love the Original Tommy's in LA. Super happy when they built one in Ontario. I haven't been there in a while so we decide to go tonight and are very disappointed with the chili. What happened? Did they change the recipe? It was so off from how it was before.

Still always a favorite place to go on my way home. Fast service , efficient and pretty clean as well. Never had a bad thing there. Chili cheese fries still my favorite, ask for fries to be well done you can Thank me later .......Food: 5/5

One of the best original Tommy's around tastes closest to the original locations chili back in the day. Sorry no photo at this time as I was quite hungry upon receiving the food. ? ?Food: 5/5

I love the Chili Cheese Burgers here.They are great the first time I ever had one was in 1992. Whenever I pass by a Tommy's I always stop in.Food: 5/5

Cleanliness was gross. Friendly people there. High chairs but no diaper changing station was odd. Food was good but we felt overpriced.Food: 3/5
