In a city where vegetarian options are often overlooked, this shawarma spot truly stands out. There’s something special here for everyone, whether you're vegetarian or a meat eater. Their dedication to quality, attention to dietary preferences, and welcoming environment make this place a must-visit. I’m looking forward to returning and exploring more of their menu. I was really let down by my experience at this restaurant. The entrance was messy, and the restrooms were in very poor condition. The music was far too loud, which made it difficult to enjoy my meal. Regarding the food, the rice was undercooked, and the chicken was tough and chewy. The fattoush salad was disappointing as well; it was missing key ingredients like tomatoes, sumac, olive oil, and lemon or lime juice, consisting only of some tossed lettuce and croutons. Overall, it was not a pleasant visit.
The staff at this restaurant are quite rude. One waitress named Megha struggles with customer communication. We waited nearly 45 minutes for our order, and they didn't even ask for our names. When we asked for ketchup, they informed us we would have to pay for it, which seems unreasonable given that we ordered nine dishes. If they keep her on the team, they risk losing customers. They seriously need to implement some training on proper customer service for their staff.
I'm quite disappointed. This is the second time I've run into the same issue. I requested a bit of spice on my beef shawarma, but it ended up being way too spicy and completely fell apart. They covered it in so much hot sauce that it became soggy and fell apart after just a couple of bites. Before you leave the restaurant, make sure to double-check your order, as I’ve encountered missing items multiple times. For example, today I ordered a Greek salad, but they forgot the cheese. I’m really frustrated and don’t have the time to go back and request a replacement. They definitely need to be more attentive when preparing orders. Seriously, is it acceptable to only receive three falafels in the box?
Today, I ordered a wrap from this restaurant, and it was the worst I've ever had. It was nearly empty, missing both vegetables and falafel. After receiving it, I called the restaurant to express my concerns, but the staff was quite rude. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place due to the poor quality of the food and the terrible customer service.
The food here is excellent! I love the concept of pairing rice with chicken, salad, and sauce on top. The staff is friendly, but they could improve their attention to orders or adopt a more efficient system. Unfortunately, around 80% of the time, my order doesn't match what I requested at the register.
