I've visited Osmows multiple times, and each visit has been better than the last. The manager and staff are incredibly friendly, engaging, and helpful, always ensuring that my experience is outstanding whenever I come in.

The meat tasted like it had been sitting under a warming lamp for hours. The wrap was large and the spice levels were nice, but it was overly dry and arrived ice cold, even though we live nearby. Overall, not worth it.

They used to be really good, but not anymore. I ordered chicken shawrama wrap(super size) and could hardly taste chicken in it. Only thing I could taste was lettuce and sauces, nothing else. Very disappointing

The Falafel Wrap is quite pricey for what you get. It's overloaded with sauce and there isn't much falafel in it. I even paid extra for more falafel, but the quantity is still disappointing given the cost. Réservez une table maintenant

Been coming here for almost over a year now and this is in my opinion the best Osmow's location in London. The staff, the food, the atmosphere 10/10. Highly recommend this place.

The bread for the Chicken Shawarma Wrap wasn’t fresh. Disappointing, especially for a dish that should be vibrant and flavorful.
