was here for dinner on Tuesday or Wednesday. it was a perfect dinner and incredible experience. I was with my father in lima and surprised him with this place. the meat was amazing, the brot and various butters excellent. it was my birthday and they made me a special dessert. after eating we got a tour through the butcher shop next door. 10/10 at night. I can't wait to come back one day.

Tuesday and Thursday bbq after order make sure they send their request to rip their baby back for take out or immerse.
