Endlich wieder einmal im Tessin. Boccalino Hauswein mit Gnoggi an Tomatensauce. Die Gnoggi waren wirklich Spitzenklasse, fast wie von meiner Frau! Das hat aber noch niemand kopieren erreichen können. Hier war ich begeistert von der wunderbaren Küche. Sehr gut nicht eine Kopie von Zu Hause sondern einfach voll Genuss Im August bin ich wieder da ich freue mich! Finally back in Ticino. Boccalino house wine with gnoggi in tomato sauce. The gnoggi were really top class, almost like my wife's! But nobody has been able to copy achieve this yet. Here I was amazed by the wonderful kitchen. Very good not a copy of home but simply full of pleasure I'll be back in August I'm looking forward to it!

Nettes Personal. Ein Glas Weisswein und ein paar Oliven und auf den See kucken.. die einfachen Dinge sind die Besten Nice personel. A glass of white wine and some olives and looking at the lake.. the simple things are the best
