After a walk on the outskirts of the Gäubodenfest we wanted to enjoy a coffee and some sweetness. The ordered cappuccino was no longer very hot, but tasted delicious and was absolutely fine. The only dessert that could be offered to us was a chocolate bean cake. The little piece that was brought to us was nothing special (simpler agitator cake), but it tasted quite perfect. we are always at table with larger groups of friends or family at special occasions. the vault and ambience of the place is also ideal for a romantic dinner to be two.. Little secret tip: always on Wednesday Chef Leo gets fresh fish from Italy. Dorade, tuna, branzino, swordfish etc. are served excellently grilled. The pasta and meat dishes have been very good as the pizzas for years, for vegans the pizza with fresh vegetables is recommended. A wonderful Trattoria in the middle of Straubing and parking in front of the house (Hagen, 50 m away). You feel very comfortable with Elke and Leo as a guest!

I've been to the Osteria Antica several times. The selection is difficult as there is an extensive daily map in addition to the normal card! Just once I was disappointed with the food! On the rather expensive appetizer plate were only a few leaks and they were pretty sweet on it... The service is very friendly and very flotted!
A really great restaurant that we always try to visit when we are in Straubing. A great and extensive day card. The pizza bread to the appetizer is tradition and the pasta with gorgonzola and pears and walnuts is one of the best I have ever eaten. Very warm service
