thermal and acoustic insulation brack is a small hotel with 7 rooms in an old building, high above gudo with view of the valley towards lago maggiore. the road that leads to the osteria is something challenging. our room number 1 was simple and something. outdated, but the beds were okay. it was a warm night, there is no air conditioning system and a ventilator was not provided. the breakfast in the small in-house was excellent, the dinner in the garden ok, although we provided higher extensions of the quality of pasta.

Imagine a place… nice garden, beautiful view, time slows down, good wine, jazz playing in the back… sounds nice? Well… this is one of these places : The rooms are ok, not to old, comfy with hot water under the shower. Parking outside and restaurant with nice view Hey! I forgot to mention… the owner/chef Marco makes pasta with his own hands creating a delicious food using his heart. I don’t know how about you, but I will certainly come back again : Highly recommended gem!
