Our team planned to dine at this restaurant for our company Christmas party. I made the reservation myself and specifically requested a table that was wheelchair accessible. Upon arrival on December 14th, 2023, we discovered that the premises were not accessible for wheelchair users. A colleague spoke to a staff member to inquire about a ramp or other accommodations, but the only offered solution was to carry me down the stairs, which was not feasible for me. Unfortunately, we had to cancel our booking as no one in our group was comfortable dining in a place that was not accessible to all customers. I had Christmas lunch with friends at this restaurant. The food was decent for a pre-prepared Christmas meal. However, things took a turn when we received the bill and one of my friends questioned the £35 service charge. The waiter became agitated and started shouting in front of everyone at our table, making for an embarrassing and uncomfortable situation as other diners looked on. We were given a 2-hour time slot for lunch and were in the process of leaving when the same waiter began pressuring us to leave even before we had put on our jackets. cozy and welcoming small restaurant also with small pieces neon. the personal was pleasant and the service was very fast. starter and net are very fillable, so they come hungry if they want to try a pudding. there is a large selection of food and drinks. the food was tasty, although some things might have a little extra taste, but they will have a nice evening here. a place to relax and relax.
We had booked our table for 1:15pm on Saturday 9th December. They asked for the table back at 3pm which was no problem. Service was very good, considering it's a very busy time of year. Staff done a great job. We all really enjoyed our food. Couldn't fault anything, wouldn't hesitate to return.
