The atmosphere at this restaurant is pleasant. The food, as always, was very good. The smashed goats cheese with pomegranate was delicious, but could have used more toast. Thankfully, we also ordered a bread and dip platter, so we used the bread from there. The lamb was cooked perfectly and very tender. Our friends had the lobster ravioli, and while they found it a bit dry, it was tasty. The house wine was enjoyable. We wished they offered a set menu in the evening, but the set lunch was a good value for what you receive. The tables were nicely spaced out, unlike some cramped restaurants.
We frequent Osteria often, and our favorite dish is their Sunday roast, which is absolutely delicious. The food portions are generous and the quality is outstanding. The restaurant always has a lively atmosphere, the staff is friendly and accommodating, and the seating is suitable for any occasion, whether it be a party or any kind of weather. The cocktails, wine selection, and beer options are all excellent. We always look forward to dining here for a fantastic homemade meal.
This restaurant is terrible. The prices are way too high and the food is terrible. I paid £10 for a glass of Pinot Grigio Blush and £15 for a Margherita Pizza that clearly came from a cheap frozen package. I felt like I had been ripped off. Stay away from this place, there are definitely better restaurants in the area.
6 of us ate. the Roast dinner was great. surf turf was delivered as in demand. black in cover are always beautiful. so no complaining about food. slightly disappointed by the amount of people who got into such a small one. waitresses had a problem coming to our table. very strange to lean on people. we were at home. it was our first time there. beautiful atmosphere. the staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. eat delicious. I personally enjoyed most margherita cocktail. that was the best! we are coming back in a definitiw. this is another great place to return to our list.
delicious food with large portions. great service and friendly staff. I had the Steak medium rare pfeife was nice for a sirloin and my partner had the lamb that was incredible! the desserts were amazing too and much bigger than expected: we had cannoli and panna cotta.
