Osteria Nostrana - Réservation de table

Our family from Montreal met up with family members living in Switzerland to spend 4 days in the Ticino region of Switzerland. Finding a restaurant that was affordable and that offered enough choice to suit everyone's tastes was a bit of a challenge. Luckily I saw Trip Advisor comments for this restaurant in Ascona and we couldn't have made a better choice for our group of eight. The menu is very varied - we had the vitello tonnato, pizzas, veal scalapponi, beef carpaccio, spaghetti with porcini mushrooms, veal piccata, etc and it was all very good. We came here to fetch something for dinner during our holidays. Despite the restaurant being fully crowded and the waiters being totally busy, they were super attentive, friendly and fast. The food was excellent too. Great place!

All in allu would rate it 5 stars, very fast and efficient ! Food was delicious and portion size was great . We ate there twice during our stay. Restaurant decorations is so nice. Toilets are clean

In itself a nice place to linger.... Unfortunately, the waiter seemed absolutely annoyed when we dared to sit outside around 4:30 p.m. and order an Aperol Spritzz Réservez une table maintenant

Good food at prices that are not quite as overpriced as many other restaurants on the promenade. However, the service could be friendlier and faster!

Everything magnificent! For now I've only eaten pizza and zabaglione. Please change the chairs or re-straw the seats.
