My very personal experience follows this, and thus my own knowledge, about this so well-proclaimed osteria. Now, after exactly five visits, I am finally pleased and already rather enthusiastic about a great Italian; in the midst of our beautiful and cozy city ludwigsburg. yes, nice and cozy the ambiente is also held in the osteria. Often it is the small things that make the big difference. first the greeting is warm and authentic. with a handshake and a warm smile the greeting takes place. the light influence is simple and in my eyes very intelligently solved for the space surface. cleanliness is for me supremely commanded and also the owner places very great value on cleanliness and hygiene...
I really liked the food here, it was proper Italian food with plenty of fish as well as meat dishes, we had 3 girls with us who went for the spaghetti dishes and they all enjoyed it. Fresh Garlic was used which is not as strong as the dried but still puts lots of flavour in the dish. The girls, aged 9 -10, were able to chat to the chef in the kitchen and the waiter was very friendly, typical Italian, family orientated. There was a good selection on the specials board and we all enjoyed the meal the muscles were done beautifully. Effiziente Onlinereservierung. Gut geeignet für größere Gruppen. Für Hobbyköche auf einem eher enttäuschenden Niveau, da es nichts gibt was man nicht ebenso gut oder besser hinbekommt. Trotzdem solide, Nudeln ziemlich durch, Pizza groß und einfach. Überraschend: Rinderstreifen in der Pasta waren auf den Punkt. Ich vermute sous vide vorbereitet. Kurz: kulinarisch kein Highlight, aber wenn es um einen netten Abend mit vielen Freunden geht, keine schlechte Wahl. Der Platzanweiser liess uns erstmal 10 Minuten am Eingang stehen, platzierte dann zwei junge Frauen an einem schönen Platz im Restaurant. Beide hatten nicht reserviert. Wir dagegen schon. Wir wurden sehr herablassend auf den Katzentisch am Ausgang hingewiesen. Wir haben das abgelehnt. Es waren noch viele Tische frei, anscheinend alle reserviert. Merkwürdig, dass der Tisch für uns nicht im Innern war, sondern am zugigen Ausgang. Für mich ein Fall von Altersdiskriminierung. Ab 60 ist man wohl nicht mehr die Zielgruppe. Ich wurde angesprochen ob ich mir den Tisch selbst ausgesucht habe an dem ich sitze . Als ich danach 20 Minuten lang vom Personal ignoriert wurde habe ich das Lokal verlassen . Service ist völlig ungenügend und ohne jeglichen Charme .
Just SUPER...We ate very well. .. nice menu. and very nice family..The restaurant is very clean and if you want to eat very well, just go there.
friendly service and good quality. a truffle card and fresh fish (a dream!) my recommendation as a preview: mussels in white wine sauce!
