I reserved a table for two people on a Saturday night. We were on site 7 minutes before the Reserved Time. After about 15 minutes waiting time in the small waiting area right in front of the entrance door, which we shared with five!!! other also waiting guests, where you were stared at by all guests in the hall as if you had broken something, we were roasted with a glass of wine.After 20 min. Waiting time was answered to my question when the table was finally free, that the guests are already paying. After 35 min. waiting time and without any information on the part of the service and a touch of an apology we left the store. Ambiente may be beautiful, but it seems to be a problem at the orga...
You can only give 5 stars. spontaneously asked if we could eat and celebrate with a wedding. Was immediately done and implemented, super friendly staff, the food.. Mamma Mia! I have rarely eaten such a pizza, or so a lasagna or absolutely no matter what was ordered, in Italy you will definitely not get the level. Just a dream! Were super served, the waiters all totally on zack and super friendly and helpful, the boss also came by to congratulate the bridal couple and so all guests had a wonderful evening! Thank you, keep going!
This restaurant certainly captures the relaxed pace of an Italian holiday. Of course, it is not in Italy, and we were not on holiday,The service is very slow and indifferent. The food is adequate, but not good. We did not get everything we ordered, but dinner had taken long enough that it wasn't worth getting missed salads.The pizzas are thin and greasy. The pastas were better. This is about as Italian as SpaghettiOs.Beware, they only take cash. You are better eating elsewhere.
We were there two on Saturday night. The service was on Zack and very accommodating. Both the order was quickly received and the food was fast at the table. Now for dinner. The 4 Bruschetta as an appetizer were very tasty and we split into two. After that we had a self-assembled pizza. The pizza was 30cm in diameter and mega delicious! After paying, there was another schnapps on the house. In our eyes the best Italian in Heiligenhafen. We like to come back.

Service is very attentive and often not intrusive at the table, yet profane things such as supplements, changes have been lost and have been delivered very late on demand.Rumpsteak as main food without demand with regard to cooking level, result accordingly dry and through. Vegetables (antipasti) very delicious, but why does it wander on a steak with great grill strips? The meat cooks and the grill pattern can not be seen.
