Otto's German Bistro

Otto's is a charming German restaurant located in the heart of the Fredericksburg. As soon as you step inside, you're transported to a cozy bistro, complete with all the German feel including friendly service. The menu has many classic German dishes, from sausages and schnitzels. I started out with the Frikadellen as my appetizer. It was local beef patties with remoulade and grainy mustard. I was extremely pleased. For my main entree, had the Wurst Platte, which is a platter of bratwurst served with sauerkraut, bread and mustard. The sausage was delicious and tasted like it was made in-house. .
