The food was delicious, but the service was poor. We had to request tea and they never asked if we wanted more water. We also had to ask for a to-go box. Our waitress seemed too preoccupied chatting with other staff. The restaurant was quite dirty, with dirty tables and food on the floor. It looked like the blooming onion sauce had spilled everywhere and the waitresses were stepping around it, causing inconvenience to customers. Overall, we were very disappointed. Food: 4/5.
We had an amazing time at this restaurant. Katie and Ethan came to our table to make sure everything was perfect after our food was served. My children and I have specific dietary requests, and the staff did a fantastic job accommodating us. The food was delicious and prepared exactly as we requested. The management team went out of their way to ensure we had a great dining experience. I highly recommend visiting Outback in Commerce for dinner.
Made an order through the app and had issues with the order flowing through the system. However, Troy and Jason easily rectified the error and made our dining experience and food excellent. This restaurant is consistently perfect. The staff always goes the extra mile to ensure a great experience. The delivery service is excellent for dinner. Prices range from $50 to $100 per person. I highly recommend trying the Bloomin’ Onion, Ribeye Steak, and Lobster. Réservez une table maintenant
