Two of my family members ordered meals with substitutions, but when their dishes arrived, the substituted toppings were sloppily added on top of the items they requested to have removed. It's been a long time since the last time I had been to an Outback Steakhouse but we were in the area of the only Outback left in the area so we just had to stop by for old time's sake. Upon pur arrival the place was empty other than the bar area. We had placed our orders but roughly 10 minutes later we were informed they were out of what I had ordered. Went there Sunday at 7pm.Tried to order online for pickup but the system was down .Call, nobody picks up. So I drive over to place my order.There was no one waiting to be seated. I can’t remember the name of our waitress, but she was incredibly friendly. We visited to celebrate a friend’s birthday. I had the Melbourne Porterhouse, cooked medium, with a side of broccoli. It was deliciously juicy with a subtle flavor. I recommend enjoying it without the steak sauce, as it can make the steak too salty. I tried half with the sauce and half without, and I preferred it without. I’m not a steak expert, but I was really happy with my experience at Outback Steakhouse. Réservez une table maintenant
the food was good and the restaurant was clean. this review specifically to write that the employees at this location were excellent. we came close to closing the time and never felt hurried once by the staff. our server was friendly, took my gluten allergy seriously, and was informed about how articles were prepared on the menu. Overall, I was impressed by the staff working as a team and thought they deserve recognition for it.
Dining experience always great!Food amazing as always!Curbside pick up not so awesome : ordered cheese fries and specifically asked for no bacon. I did not check the food until I got home there’s bacon on it. Tried calling back and asking for them to fix it pressed 0 for “outbacker” no answer brought me back to main line, pressed 2 for “curbside pick up” no answer. It was 9:30PM half an hour before close no one picked up phone.
This is the second time I've tried curbside pickup and ordered the blooming chicken, only to discover after driving away that they forgot to include the signature blooming onion sauce! It's really important to check your order before leaving, because in my opinion, the blooming onion sauce is what makes the blooming onion chicken special.
the seabrook outback is the only badest restaurant where I was ever. lady refused to give us one of the 9 empty stands. the guy on the table next to us never got his meal and they gave to forget him. then they served me this $28 rare prime rib. the ding was gray. Réservez une table maintenant
