Probably the worst steak I 've ever had at an Outback. We thought going to a chain would be safe because we knew what to expect. My steak was burnt to a crisp on one side... Like black. The manager even came around to ask how our experience was but we didn 't complain in person. We always worry about the replacement being sit on or something for complaining. My son 's chicken was cooked perfectly. The staff were all really nice. It wasn 't busy so they chatted with us.
We had the most wonderful waiter, Aaron. He was very knowledgeable on all the options, helped me choose the absolute best steak choice for my likes and palate, the top sirloin. My friend had the chicken on the barbie and it was also Excellent!! Ask for Aaron if dining here. The food is very, very good and waiter is knowledgeable, kind, efficient and friendly.... all-together Excellent! And last but not least, if you love plain horseradish, get theirs!!
I had dinner at the outback in Kona, Hawaii...the service was horrible and lousy customer service too!! we had to get our own utensils and napkins...I always had to ask for water refills!! the server never checked on us if we needed anything!! the food was okay...The server was terrible!! she had too much going on there...I would not recommend this outback in KONA, HI to anyone!! please, don't bother to waste your time and money...:
Calms pretty fast, but the service was terrible, the couple that arrived before us rectified their food and drinks before we had an opportunity to order. After 30 minutes we got some bread, then another 15 minutes after ordering drinks we decided to leave. It was a quiet afternoon, so no real reason why service was so slow. Went with my family to the half filled restaurant and was told there was a 20-30' wait. Ok, that seems to be common at this time when there is just not enough staff. Got in after about 20'. Upon ordering we were told they had run out of bread, waited for another 30' minutes to get some standard fare meals.
Hoki is a very personable friendly go getter guy that made us feel special!! He was swift and always made sure we didn’t have to ask for anything because he already was bringing what we didn’t know we needed!! He is an asset definitely!!
Hoki is great and so personal. Our experience made more memorable when I celebrated with my friend, my seven-year existence, to move to Hawaii! Would definitely recommend him and this restaurant. We had delicious steak and lobster
I have to say I was worried about eating here cuz it’s a mainland food chain! Well I was pleasantly surprised! The food was excellent, and the service was also excellent! I had no complaints and I will go back here to eat! Réservez une table maintenant
Had dinner Dec 05, 2022. Arrived around 4:30 pm. Easy to find a parking. But the parking very crowded around 7 pm. Food good. Service a little slow even not that busy. Need patience.

"Super tasty tonkatsu! We were lucky and able to sit outside (as we did not have reservations). The way they breaded the pork is just plain amazing. It's kinda difficult to explain as you just need to try and experience it yourself. The food here is pretty good and worth to check out."
