We were here last night, food was delicious and service was amazing. When we left I end up leaving my purse on the chair and completely forgot about it. Only after couple of hours I needed to get something and realized that my purse was missing. Our passports, documents and money were in the purse. I was in a panic mode. My husband wanted outback so we went for Father's day and had Aleesha for a waitress and she was awful. She was so slow. We had two toddlers so we ordered their Mac and cheese before anything and that showed up after everything. She did not smile even once the entire afternoon. My mom husband and kids went out as my mom and dad were going to leave with the kids after waiting 20 minutes for boxes and my husband was buckling the kids in carseats. Very unprofessional sat at a table for 50 minutes without anyone serving me and when they did they asked what I wanted start off with? I said a salad and got it I never I got served for another 40 minutes terrible customer service they were flirting with other employees instead of serving us very terrible experience never coming back Rushed to close while not paying attention to customers! denying customers because you closed way to early still have 30 minutes till close! Flirting with employees while customers were on the floor! Unacceptable behavior
When the food was served, it was basically room temperature. Only the baked potato was warm to the touch. The loin portion of the porterhouse steak had a lot of gristle and took some serious cutting to get good bites. The waitress was nice and apologetic and offered us a free dessert which we declined. If I hadn’t been paying with a gift card, I would have complained strongly to a manager. The bread was the best part of this meal and I can’t see us going back to Outback.

Bella was wonderful, however, the the steak tasted old was Luke warm, as were the shrimp, salad was not cold, the salad dressing should have been ranch, I got thousand island, bake potato was only warm, but the bread butter was good.
We dined here last night, and the food was delicious, while the service was exceptional. However, when we left, I accidentally left my purse on the chair and completely forgot about it.
This is the type of restaurant you go for like your uncle's birthday. The waitress Chloe is super nice and she mesmerized what I ordered which I thought was super cool.
