This was an absolutely stellar experience. I utilized the online feature to do call ahead seating when I arrived at 5:30 they already had my table ready. I was still waiting for members of my group to arrive but the attentive hostess asked if I wanted to wait of go ahead and be seated. I am accustomed to other establishments not seating the table until the entire party is gathered so this was a nice value add to me! Abby was our server and she was very responsive and professional. We had a mid sized party but she did a remarkable job on being vigilant and ensuring that not a single person had to wait for anything that we needed. The food was incredible tasty and the drinks were also spot on. We also appreciated how the manager on duty came by to greet us and really asked about our experience. This was the first time I had ever dined here but I will make this my go to spot for future client dinners whenever I am in Florence again. I will also specifically ask for Abby.
Had a party of 14 celebrating our son's birthday. The manager did accommodate our request for seating arrangements. Our waitress was extremely pleasant and made sure each person was happy with their order. Glasses were always filled and the food was hot when it arrived at our table. All 14 orders were received at the same time and this was on Saturday night of memorial weekend.
This is a really amazing place to go eat with family! The food was really great, and the portions are filling. I had Ellie as my server, and she did an amazing job. She was always checking on our table, and helped some of my family pick out what was best to order. You are very lucky if you get her section. Overall was a really great experience!!!
Best service I ever had here! Lee was a big server and watched him interact and treat all his tables in the same way. His serving assistant was also over everything, and led salads and drinks at surrounding tables. You can say he takes care of the customer experience while it is. Lobster and Steak were excellent. Thank you.
