Sent my over-cooked new York cut steak back! It was well done. The replacement steak took forever to arrive, so much so it was free of charge. The waitress was first class, played her cards perfectly. I believe she involved the manager who visited our table to announce the steak was on the house. Non matter we had a less than satisfactory experience. The business was not that busy as we arrived about 4:00 pm well before supper hour. I have myself over cooked a steak, that is an error that is only made good by replacing it with a nother steak, cooked to the right degree. Hard to say if I would return as this is a place that is very pricey.
I give this restaurant 5 stars for their exceptional service and attention to detail. My friend ordered a steak that was slightly overcooked, but being working-class, we didn't want to make a fuss. Times are tough for everyone, so we usually just keep quiet. However, our waitress noticed something was off when she saw that Christine hadn't finished her steak. Without any hesitation, she offered us a completely new meal since we had already eaten everything else. This level of care is not something you find everywhere, even at chains like Outback. Kudos to the entire team for their fantastic work!
The food is consistently excellent, and our server Tamara was absolutely fantastic! She always greets you with a smile and provides outstanding customer service. If you haven't tried it yet, you must sample the raspberry butter with your bread—it's incredible! We had a wonderful meal and great service at this location on Red Cliffs Drive. Definitely a thumbs up! The restaurant is also very clean every time we visit. Thank you all for a superb lunch! We'll definitely be back!
The steaks are consistently cooked to perfection! Our server made the experience truly enjoyable. Tamara is fantastic! She's always around when we need something for our meal. She's quick and incredibly friendly, setting a new standard for customer service! If you visit Outback, be sure to request the raspberry butter—it's absolutely delicious! Sunday is the perfect day to visit Outback in St. George! We had an excellent experience and were almost the only ones in the restaurant. Our waitress was fantastic! In the past, we’ve felt ignored by servers, possibly because we look young and they assume we don’t tip well. This has happened several times before, but thankfully, that wasn’t the case this time, and we were really pleased! The food is consistently delicious and flavorful!
I ate the Sirloin Steak off the gluten free menu. I had a house salad with Ranch Dressing and a baked sweet potato. The steak was the way it was supposed to be, the potato was creamy. The steak was not over flavored like it is sometimes. Atmosphere was sufficient and service was good. Too hungry to take a picture.
Yum yum! The food was good, expensive, but good. I felt as if I was in the land down under eating Vegemite with the locals. The chicken was great but a little small for 20$ the stake great but could have been cooked better for being 40$. However clam chowder took our breath away and made the whole visit work it.
