Outback Steakhouse

We came for lunch today and we were immediately greeted by a young gentlemen. He was very nice and said he would be right with us. We were seated right away. Our server came quickly over to greet us! He was so polite and friendly. His name was Drew. He went over the menu and gave us some suggestions including his favorites. He gave us downtime to look the menu over. In the meantime, he came back with some fresh hot bread and most important our beverages! We than placed our order. The food came out in a timely manner. We requested the kids meal to come out as soon as possible and it did! All the other food came out hot and tasted perfectly. At the end our server Drew suggested the newest dessert called Thunder and Lighting! It was a huge hit with our family! Overall, we really enjoyed our meal, but even better was our server Drew, who went above and beyond to make our dining experience so extra special! Establishments should be lucky to have such an amazing knowledgeable server. We will be back in the near future and hope to see Drew again!

my experience shows up with the other 1-Star reviews of this site of a chain. I went in with my family and the place was empty, so we misunderstood that it would be a simple meal. the server dripping in sweat and talking erratically and seemed to have problems remembering something in our order. the whole meal was crazy long, considering that there were no souls in the restaurant. eating was not even hot when it arrived and when it was brought to the attention of our servers, he promised his manager to do the things right. the manager shows himself with this dead star as if he wanted to either eat or kill me. as if he had woken up from a nod. asked what was wrong and said he would appeal to his kitchen staff and go away. they remain so far away from this absolute train, which was earlier a decent place to take a family for a meal.

I had a request and called Outback, I spoke with the sweetest lady named Keira who went over and above for me. I would love it if her manager would see this and acknowledge her. Keira made this a 5+ star lunch!

Drew was great and friendly our waiter . Food was delicious. Good service and speed. He was great with the kids. Great dinner experience. Come enjoy a chocolate thunder from down under. So yummy

The steaks were perfect and they packaged the salads and desserts separately from the hot meals.
