For an appetizer, I ordered the wedge salad without tomatoes. For dinner, I was looking for a juicy steak and saw a new dish on the menu called Filet Sheila. It featured two filet medallions topped with sautéed mushrooms and cheese, garnished with crispy blooming straws. I paired it with a loaded baked potato and broccoli, ordering my steak medium rare. I recently dined at Outback Steakhouse in Gambrills, MD, and my experience was quite disappointing. The service was terrible — it took 25 minutes just to receive our iced teas, and we waited 20 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us. The French onion soup arrived burnt to a crisp, and when I asked for another bowl, it came out just as poorly. It's disheartening to see such poor management at this location. While the manager offered us free gift cards, we didn't want anything free; we simply wanted to enjoy a nice lunch with family. I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! There’s plenty of parking available, which is always a plus. The service was exceptional, and the food was simply delicious. This was my first visit to this location, and I can confidently say it’s now my new favorite spot. I highly recommend trying the "Kiss the Chef" dish by Lauren G. For lunch, I found the prices reasonable, ranging from $10 to $20 per person. Some standout dishes include the Bloomin' Onion, the Bloomin' Burger, Kookaburra Wings, and Coconut Shrimp. My experience at this Outback was so impressive that I can’t wait to return. The food and atmosphere are both outstanding. The highlight, however, is the delightful and upbeat attitude of Kendydra, the manager. Her dedication to ensuring that your visit is nothing short of perfect is something I wish every manager possessed. I will definitely be coming back!
