Seeing all the bad reviews maybe I went on a great night or there is different management now. I was craving a steak potato so decided to give Outback a try! I sat at the bar and was taken care of by Tessa. Tessa was friendly, attentive, and made awesome drinks. Everything came out very timely! They have $7 cocktails everyday. I decided to try a couple. The blueberry lavender lemonade was so good refreshing. I also tried the blackberry martini. It took me back to childhood. It reminded me of a grape tootsie pop. For an appetizer, I had the wedge salad with no tomatoes. For dinner, I wanted a juicy cut of steak I saw they had a new dish called Filet Sheila. It was two filet medallions topped with sauteed mushrooms and cheese, garnished with fried blooming straws. I paired it with a loaded potato broccoli. I ordered my steak med rare! It was beyond what I imagined. I took one bite and knew I made the right choice. The broccoli was even cooked to perfection not too soft or hard. I really enjoyed my entree. I ate every last bite. The manager even came pass the bar to make sure everything was to my liking. I was impressed with how fast every dish was coming out. The presentation was even up to par for every drink dish too! The establishment was pretty lit up. I don't remember it being that bright the last time I came. The lights dimmed a little would add to the ambiance. The bar was pretty clean so no complaints here. I will def be back next time a craving sets in! Keep running this establishment like a well oiled machine
