We took the family here to try something different. There was ready a wait come 5pm on Saturday. The staff were super friendly. Our server was slow and struggled to keep drinks filled. The food was okay nothing too amazing. The blackberry martini was my favorite drink.My mother enjoyed the blueberry desert pear burst. The raspberry lemon drop was made way too strong could appreciate anything when all I tasted was vodka. The kids enjoyed their meals.I had the filet mignon and lobster tail. As a person who utilizes Outback Steakhouse to go I would like to suggest management find a way for their servers to actually be able to help the to go guests within a timely manner. No one can hear the knocks on the door nor do they make x effort to look out for these guests. Additionally when I suggested that y?all might want to look into a better more efficient way of servicing your to go guests your sever essentially walked away from me with no regard. To the rest of the customers if you want your food in a timely manner when ordering to go I suggest just walking in straight to their back to go area otherwise you will waste at least 10 mins of your foods time. Amazing! Staff and food is great! This location has many employees in most days compared to other sites in the valley that can be nice naked bones. Although it can be a popular place at certain times, waiting was not bad if at all. The restaurant is large and fits to tons of people and spreads when possible. Food quality is tasty and problems were always our party not knowing how to communicate better or how meat really boiled Lol. Management was present and seemed happy to help their employees. Everything during review on tables and those who needed more attention. friendly to the staff goes a long way and have found some favorite staff that we wait to visit until they work.
Especially the food is good that we come for date night it is my place for mother's day. I ordered the execution yesterday, got home recognized that I was given the wrong food (picked like fried shrimps, but was actually fried mushrooms). I couldn't get back to the restaurant, but the manager Evelyn really took care of me. The world is now a little crazy to get exceptional customer service is very appreciated. Since when does a prime rib come seared! This dinner was for 16 people and 95% of the plates had to be sent back. One well done filet mignon was sent back due to being a half inch thick and leathery...the manager brought the redo and said, 'who ordered a well done steak that didn 't want it well done? ' So rude! The server was great..but the manager and kitchen really dropped the ball!
Ordered a DoorDash delivery and the foods that were right were great, but a couple of things?! We ordered a fruit salad with a kids meal, they gave us a whole lemon cut up and two tiny strawberries cut up. Who things that is acceptable?! And the Blue Cheese Pecan Chopped salad that was $7.50 had no pecans and wasn?t barely half full.
