Our server was awesome! We arrived a little after the lunch rush and our server had an entire section by herself. She did an excellent job making sure customers had what the needed while she was bussing her own tables. Her customer service was also top notch. Now I'll get to the bad part of my experience. It was the food. We ordered two outback burgers, they were fine if they cost $5.00 but unfortunately for me that wasn't the case. the burgers cost about $13 and some change. The burgers tasted like the cook dumped about a pound and a half of salt on it. With that being said I will not be returning. I made sure I took care of our server with a $25 tip for a $33 bill. Two of us. We both ordered our steaks medium. My was rare and his was well done. He sent his back and then received it back rare and very tuff. My salad was a bowl of wilted lettuce. The baked potato was OK. The bloomin onion was good but very small. I did not eat the steak. Not once did the waitress come around and ask if we were OK. We had to go to the bar ourselves to get our drinks after waiting 15 minutes. The place was nearly empty but the staff had no clue what was going on. The manager at least took one of our meals off the bill but we still ended up paying nearly $70.00 for poorly cooked food and even worse service.
I did love the atmosphere, it's pretty chill inside given that it was about 95° that day. Seating is somewhat comfortable, if you have a big family everyone might not be able to fit everything on the table. The service was not the best that day. The server forgot( or didn't hear) three of our orders and the food took a little too long. I understand it's steak and you'll have to wait. But if they can give you a duration so it doesn't seem like you're waiting forever. The food tasted ok. The filet and sirloin were good.
Went there at 700pm on a Monday night. Took 10 minutes to be greeted by our server, dropped off wrong drinks, wrong appetizer, we both got salads and the crispy and grilled chicken were on the wrong ones. My ceaser was almost inedible because there must have been half a jar of dressing cakes on there. Went for lunch today and our food came out very fast and was delicious. Our server ryan went above and beyond and made the whole visit worth it. I've been to outback atleast 200 times and this was by far the best experience. I highly recommend the bloomin chicken and steak combo.
My husband and I came here for our 3 year anniversary, and it was phenomenal, Sarah was our waitress, and she was delightful!! She made sure our time here was amazing. She was very fast and extremely friendly. I would definitely come back here again!! Thank you for a fun time!
