My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our night. The food was very very good, as expected, but what made the difference tonight was the service. From the moment we walked in the door everybody was very welcoming and polite. Our waiter, Ryan, was the man. You will definitely be in for a treat if he is your server. He was a joy to speak to, and always on top of things. He only made the experience better, to the point I felt compelled to speak to the manager afterwards to let him know he had a good one in Ryan. We took the walk around Wednesday. 1 beer, 1 steak and 1 side (I got potatoes) for the low price of $9.99!!! The food is delicious, it was nice and hot, but not too hot. The beer comes in a frosty cup and was ICE COLD! The atmosphere was pleasant and we had an excellent waiter Vince. He didn't get too much or too little. It was right and the manager Derek was great!!!! He also came by to see how we enjoyed and shook my hand twice and showed what a pleasure it was to meet us. I would recommend this outback to everyone! Great experience!
The food was delicious. We ordered fried mac and cheese bites I wish there was more flavor. They were hot and came with a good sauce. For the entree I ordered steak and shrimp. The plating messed up the sides and meat for 2 people at the table. Great ambiance but long wait to get a table. Excellent wait staff so friendly and attentive to our needs about drinks and extra things for the table.
My husband and I just love Outback Steakhouse in Macedonia , Ohio! Their food is cook perfectly to your tastes , the restaurant is clean and inviting! I have to mention how attentive the staff is also! Michelle, our waitress, is fantastic! She can juggle multiple orders and get them all out, hot and just as ordered! We actually look for her whenever we go! Highly recommended this Outback !
