Outback Steakhouse Midlothian

The parking space at 8:50 was so empty I thought it closed (they close at 10 am). I had fried mushrooms. They were hot and juicy, but cooked a little too long, based on their color, but they were not burned. The interesting was the French onion soup THAT DID NOT HAVE ANY ONIONEN IN IT! I showed the waitress who told the cook that he thought he was laying in there. I have to apologize. The steak was boiled a proper medium, but I could hardly taste the spices they have sprinkled above. The server was attentive (but nobody was in my section). I couldn't see the dressing on my salad that was supposedly under the cheese and the crumbs. I asked and received more. Steak prices can run $20-$30 dolla...

Like any place, prices have increased last year. But still justified prices for good food. Good taste, Customer Rewards program has not improved any minimum purchase that will reward you when your purchases reach certain levels.

Once again, the food was cooked perfectly. The only letdown was that they were out of sweet potatoes. However, the serving of fries was generous. Keep up the great work, everyone!

We like to come to our local outback. RJ is an amazing bar. He is very attentive and has such a great personality. The food is always good and we never have to wait long.
