We ordered a Philly cheesesteak sandwich with fries and an 8 oz Victoria filet with broccoli and a baked potato. The entire restaurant only had maybe 5 tables total. Our server was nice enough but should have been more proactive. After about an hour of waiting, we asked where our food was. It was only at that time that he asked the kitchen where our ticket was. Apparently they lost it? So they made the order right away and the manager came out to speak to us. He comped the entire meal which was great, and our food was delicious. I'd only recommend that after 20 minutes, the servers should check on tickets in the kitchen and not wait until their hungry customers have to ask...
We've dined here a couple of times over the years, and to be honest, it's just been mediocre. I don't want to sound harsh, but the Bloomin' Onion was underwhelming; it had clumps of seasoning powder on the inside that didn’t look appealing. Our main courses took a long time to arrive because our lovely waitress forgot to submit our order. Once the food finally came, it was just average. Considering the price we paid, I definitely expected more. I don't plan to come back.
The kitchen manager, Shelton, has prepared a perfect steak every time I've dined here, delivering flawlessly cooked medium filet mignons and Outback-style prime ribs. The salads and potatoes are always spot on too. Thank you for making Outback a convenient treat for my lunch hour!
Today, we had a rather unsatisfactory dining experience at Outback Steakhouse in Olympia. We ordered two steaks to enjoy at the restaurant and two burgers for takeout, but unfortunately, all of the dishes fell short of our expectations.

Hadn't been here in probably ten years. It has improved drastically. The Caesar was nothing special, but it was good enough. The prime rib was great, though. The service was way better than expected, too. I think I'll be back soon.
We stop by for a late lunch at the bar. The adult beverages were priced at $7 each, and we sampled a variety of them, all of which we liked. The bartender was the only staff member present in the bar area.
