We often travel from Eastern Arkansas to the Dallas area, and now that our first grandchild was born there in June, we make the trip even more frequently. During our recent visit, we stopped at a restaurant where we typically enjoy getting appetizers for our meal. Yesterday was no different as our server kindly put on the football game we requested on the TV. To top off our dining experience, we also shared a delicious Cheesecake with warmed Caramel Sauce for dessert. Overall, it was a nice touch to end our meal on a sweet note.
My fiancé and I recently dined at Outback and had the pleasure of being served by the most knowledgeable, professional, attentive, and responsive waiter I have ever encountered. Anthony was polite, respectful, and ensured that all of our needs were taken care of. I am a firm believer in exemplary customer service and would highly recommend requesting Anthony as your server when dining at Outback. His impeccable service was so outstanding that I requested to speak to the manager to commend him for a job well done!
We ordered the featured special sirloin with all u can eat shrimp. Delish!! My daughter loved the grilled shrimp I had the fried shrimp, it was the best I've ever eaten, had good crunch great flavor! My daughter and I both agreed that our steaks were hands down the best we'd ever eaten. Perfection!! Cooked to order medium, had great flavor and melted in your mouth. Our waiter, Ethan, was awesome!! He kept the shrimp coming, our glasses full, he was friendly very attentive. Everything was awesome!!
Consistent quality and taste of the food, excellent service and deals like the 4 course meal will keep us coming back. I love the seasoning Outback uses on their steaks no further salt or pepper are needed, and they are always cooked exactly as we order medium rare perfection! The cheesecake with salty caramel sauce was terrific, too...the only quibble we had with this visit was that there were no tortilla strips anywhere in site, in the 'tortilla soup ' it was spicy and tasty, but, no crunch... My husband comes to Texarkana at least once a month for work and this is where we eat every time and have never had a bad experience with the food or service!!! Our waiter tonight was Mr. Zeria “Z” and he was very attentive, professional and friendly!! If you stop in to eat there, ask for Z!! We have also met two of the managers and both were professional and friendly!
Our dining experience at Texarkana Outback was nothing short of wonderful. The food was excellent and our waiter was one of the best we have ever had. After just getting off a 29-night cruise in Singapore, we found the service at this restaurant to be even better than the main dining room on the ship.
