Outback Steakhouse West Springfield

This Outback location is probably the best one I have visited in recent years. Some others have experienced a decline in standards during and after Covid, but not this one. The host greeted us at the door and seated us promptly. Our waiter was attentive and had a very pleasant attitude throughout our entire meal. The food was served in a timely manner and we had a very enjoyable dinner experience.

My first time to Outback. Very much enjoyed the meal. (Lunch) Our wait staff member Jackson was outstanding. I posted the Blooming Onion in its half eaten state. Missed getting the initial shot and it was gone shortly after this pic. An appetizer that can be enjoyed by many.

Erica and Aniya were so pleasant and kind. Dinner was amazing! Erica always has great energy. Aniya was a very caring waitress. Blooming Fried Chicken to die for lol!

Food had to be sent back undercooked, good portions, not overly done, tasty. Service, okay inconsistencies between waiter and associates.
