after the online booking via quandoo we have at our time from 5pm to an empty face of the employee who obviously does not expect from us. After we showed her the confirmation of my reservation, we were placed on a table that had a paper cover showing evidence for another party that might have used it for lunch that is really unacceptable in a COVID environment. of what this place was before it became its present incarnation, while eating was nicely sure that it was served in servier dishes instead of a flat dinner plate (if it could not have been a lot it certainly felt like it). do not cover the posting by quandoo, as it is evidently her...read more
It's a bit of a strange experience. The food is very delicious and brilliant value for money. The staff are always friendly and very prompt. We have been there several times now, mostly on Fridays and weekends but whenever we are there, we seem to be the only one in the restaurant. They seem to get a fair amount of take away orders but barely anyone ever eats there, we love it there tho and couldn't recommend it anymore
The saltiest food I've ever had! Even the honey chicken was overly salty. I enjoy salt, but this was too much, even for me. The service was good and polite, and the atmosphere was decent, but now I need to fill up my bathtub and rehydrate! I was about to buy till I looked at the review 1 two many bad reviews. I've learnt a lesson after coronavirus started people are getting worse and worse when it comes to being friendly or cooking like it's we who want to make the money, most horrible foods and lazy disrespectful services from restaurants around Melbourne. Unfortunatley this was some of the worst Chinese food I've eaten. The fried rice was flavourless, my San Chao bao lettuce was soggy and wasn't nice at all. My mums Satay chicken sauce was nice but the meat is terrible. Pity because it was once a great place to eat at, they must have changed chiefs or owners.
3 1/2 delicate meat in the average amount of heat with cocose and seasoning come through. also swallows in special soße definitiw worth a try. the usual yum cha mix from common toast and dimsum were average, I think externally bought not made to house. will be reordered
