When it comes to customer service, Alex was not very interested in creating a memorable experience for the right reasons. Alex brought over water to our table. I thanked him and almost ordered my wine when he gave me a look before walking away that caused me to assume he was the bar back. 10 minutes pass, and no one came to greet us or take our orders. Finally I walk up to the bar to see Alex on his phone and talking with the bartender. I asked if anyone was coming to greet our table, and Alex just looked at me. We had a very odd dining experience last night. Maybe there was something wrong with their computer system because they did not seem to capture everything in our order and we had to remind the server multiple times and eventually two managers when they checked on us about drinks we had ordered. We eventually got our drinks and ate our food, which was cold when it came out. Then the server brought out and entire second meal that we had not ordered and they kept asking if we had ordered a second dinner to go… which we had not. The table next to us also kept getting erroneous food they hadn’t ordered. We don’t plan to go back, especially with high prices.

Definitely not a good first impression. Perhaps they are short staffed in the kitchen or just in general, but we were there almost 2 hours. My steak did not come out as ordered. We waited 30 minutes for our food. My 2 guests had no issues with their dishes and enjoyed them. I sent the steak back and it came out undercooked. By that time, my guests were finished with their meals and I was ready to go. I boxed up my meal. The did take my steak and a round of drinks off the bill which I appreciated, but not sure I would go back given the experience.

The service was very disorganized. We did not have the same server all evening and it was clear no one communicated our table’s needs to each other. The food wasn’t fantastic and we sat with dirty dishes I front of us for over 10 minutes. We were never offered water, drinks, or to take out food order. We had to ask for everything along the way including the check.
