The food and atmosphere here are great, but don’t let that fool you. You can’t expect a nice and cozy dinner here because the waiters are rushing you to order as soon as you walk in the door. I had just arrived at the table with my friend and just started a conversation when the staff approached us 5 TIMES IN 10 MINUTES asking if we could order. I politely asked to give us more time so we could finish our conversation but on the last time, they rushed us to make a decision on the spot, citing the 1.5 hour seating limit. The most important of sushi is fresh ! And you can find them all here ! This is a Korean-owned Japanese sushi restaurant and food are very yummy . Outside of the restaurant can not catch your eyes as it looks a bit smaller and old that we were doubt abt to walk in and give a try . Once we taste the food , I feel like we will definitely come more often in the future ! Recommend For sure ! I usually like this place however, 2 times now I have ordered now spicy tuna and California rolls and both times I got spicy salmon. After saying I ordered spicy tuna 5 times to the staff, she insisted that my order was right and that I ordered spicy salmon. First time I took my order home without checking. The second time I checked and had to spent 5 minutes telling her that I ordered spicy tuna. Then I still ended up with the wrong order this time spicy tuna and spicy salmon. Not sure I will come back.
I usually try out restaurant with Amex with good reviews. It was listed on the Amex site but at time of payment they didn’t take the card. Regardless. The food and everything is good for a local neighborhood restaurant. The portion was good and was well priced. It is also a Korean owned and operated. There was a good amount of diners coming into the establishment on a Sunday dinner time. Fish was fresh and tempura was excellent. Réservez une table maintenant
Always enjoy coming here because the service is superb! The menu has a really good selection, and there is a mixture of booths and tables. If you are lucky, there are more private booths towards the back of the restaurant. Never tried their Korean dishes, but it's nice to have the choice of both Japanese and Korean cuisine.
Such a cute and cozy sushi spot in Richmond Hill! Can’t believe I hadn’t been here before. Great atmosphere and family run. We had the monday special platter and it was so fresh and tasted great! Takoyaki was soooo good. They don’t charge for green tea which was refreshing ? will honestly become our go-to spot!!
