This Grillhouse was our choice for our post-wedding anniversary lunch. My hubby insisted we do try and visit this place after he's been there to eat Iskender Kebap. Very disappointing experience – not recommended! The service at this restaurant was extremely unfriendly and disrespectful. The order was taken in the most unprofessional manner and the staff seemed to have little interest in the guests' welfare. The food itself was a big disappointment: cold, partly burnt and lacking in taste. What was particularly annoying was that even the smallest extras, such as an extra piece of bread or a small packet of ketchup, required outrageous additional costs. The way these fees were communicated was also extremely rude. Overall a very negative experience definitely not recommended!
Bad experience – not recommended Unfortunately, my visit to this restaurant was anything but pleasant. The service was unfriendly and not very customer oriented. Taking the order seemed chaotic and you had the feeling that you weren't really welcome. The food also left a lot to be desired it was served cold and was partially burnt. What was particularly irritating was the fact that even small extras such as a little ketchup or additional bread were billed separately and in an unpleasant manner. because I love the Turkish kitchen I often come here. for families and large rounds it is recommended to preorder. from the outside it looks more like a döner bude. go in, especially to the back left and you have the feeling to be in the turkey. ayran is served in jails and is freshly prepared, like everything here. Anatolian kitchen, also baked and at the end of 1 çay from the house. alcohol is not given. the service 1a and speaks German. A pity that was closed this year christmas. and you're just coming here.
The Turkish pizza (natural) was okay, but the Turkish pizza with meat was actually terrible... Dürüm Kebap and Dürüm Chicken unfortunately didn't convince us either. Unfortunately, onions are very bitter. All in all, pretty flavorless. Staff don't know their own prices either, very annoying during the payment process. In fact, my husband is still hungry.
