Had lunch at Osmosis today. The menu and food were disappointing. There have been some changes but not too many. The staff are friendly and attentive although far too quick to remove plates even though the other diners haven't finished which is rude. I ordered the steak with caramelized onion and melted cheese. The sliver of steak was over cooked and dry. The caramelized onion was not caramelized enough, so was bland. It was all quite tasteless. My friend ordered the pulled duck and prosciutto club sandwich. The carbs were an overload and the duck dry. However we had a coffee each and, I must say, they were delicious. Let me preface this by stating that I'm not writing this review just to critique this restaurant, I am writing this in hope that management will read reviews like mine in order to improve their business. We were not greeted when we arrived, we were not given water or menus. The service staff looked miserable, we could not get a hello or even a smile. Yes, it was a busy Sunday morning we were there but that is no excuse. Put on more staff. Easy fix. Three of us ordered Eggs Benedict and the eggs were all over cooked. Please teach your service staff that it is rude to remove a plate while other people at the table are eating. I can recommend the coffees as the lattes we ordered were delicious.
We lucked out in being there on one of the few days that the venue was not overflowing. having said that it was still good that I had booked as empty tables didn't stay that way for too long, We found the food arrived in a timely manner and as always was delicious.The waitress was an absolute delight. My sister-in-law's dog joined us at the table, with there being another half dozen dogs at other tables - all were well behaved and gave no sign they were even there.We sat chatting at the table for about 40 minutes after finishing our meals, but were under no pressure to leave with the staff continuing to fill water glasses.
Went on a Sunday morning for brunch. The place was so busy the line-up to place your order was out the door halfway across the footpath. Took a little while to place the order but it wasn't exorbitantly long considering how many people were queued. I placed my order and they were more than happy to alter my drink order. I settled in for a long wait and I doubt five minutes had passed and my order arrived. I am still blown away by how quick it was. I've had longer waits at drive through's. The portion was a great size and so delicious. Everything was so tasty and really fresh. Outstanding food. Outstanding service.

We were impressed with our first visit, so looked forward to another visit. Unfortunately we were left disappointed this time. We all ordered Osmosis Benedict and out of 6 eggs at our table all were overcooked. The potato Rossi was also less than impressive as it was also overcooked. Yes they were busy (Saturday breakfast) but with the exception of one friendly young waitress the service was poor. They were keen to clear plates before people had finished and seemed disinterested in providing friendly service. Their coffee was good. Sad to say we won't be rushing back.
Breakfast here is very popular. Its 11.30 on a Monday and the place is buzzing with activity, families, mums and bubs, singles, dog walkers and gym junkies they are all here for breakfast and their healthy juice or green smoothie or their caffeine hit. And its worth the trip just to sit and be entertained by the barister. The coffee is delish, the crema and perfectly textured milk are complimented by the tapping, spinning, flipping and catching.
Can't wait for our next trip , menu was great for those with allergies and who like wholefoods. Great service lovely setting and cocowhip and raw choc brownie were yummy. Can't wait for our next visit everyone very happy, food excellent and fabulous service .
Great spot for lunch, we all loved the food. I had a great calamari, watermelon and feta salad and it was delicious. My family had a BLT, Avocado on toast and a buddha bowl. All delicious. We would definitely come back.

I adored the menu and the 'peanut, date and banana' smoothie was exceptional, i recommend it. Portion a little bit too small for a person with a large appetite.
Good coffee and interesting food at breakfast. Friendly and professional staff. Pity the place is not opened for dinner!
