I gave it at 3 because the food is good. My bank called me and told me I had a $80 charge a PF Chang's and I have never eaten in that restaurant before. I'll order it to be delivered, I just have never gotten around to eating in the restaurant. I do not know how that person got my information. When I call p.f. Chang's the manager told me that they do not check IDs with the credit cards or debit cards. So I told the manager that they really need to start checking IDs with the cards. I don't understand why they don't do that. Thank goodness my bank notified me and took the charges off. The inconvenience was it necessary. All they had to do was check for ID.
very delicious Chinese food for a place that is not strictly Chinese. actually this place could actually be considered as Asian fusion or asian reimagined. so or so, it is a refreshing change from traditional Chinese, and that eating is really good. our server was very fast, efficient and attentive, although we had overheard that there was a personal shortage this day (after our ~15 minutes wait) our server was still fast. that eating was great (as I probably said twice) and although it was less food than a traditional chinese, it nevertheless filled us.
The food was good but the service was so slow. Our waiter didn 't see us for 10 minutes, and then did the same for the table next to us when they arrived. The restaurant wasn 't busy, but it was clear he was busy and maybe they were understaffed. Tons of doordash orders which I think impacted their ability to get things done. Would probably actually just get food doordashed next time.
We went for a family dinner on Sunday. We had high expectations as we were very pleased with our dining experience at PF Chang’s elsewhere. Ambiance is impressive. Took their own sweet time to let us be seated even though there were many of the tables were empty. Service was good but the food was a big letdown.

The host forgot to put our names down to be seated. They told us 5 minutes, it took 45 minutes before we were seated. Hosts offered no apology or free drink for their disservice. The food was pretty good, except the sea bass was over- cooked. Waitress was nice and efficient.
we were not at a P.F. changes in years due to the removal. eating was very good. cocktails were very good. presentation was great and our waiter was perfect. the restaurant was a bit cold and the table was high and a little flirty. 4.5 stars have to turn around.
visited during the midday in this week. a couple of appetizers and two children's dishes ordered. bill was our server and he was great. while eating was excellent, bills customer service was even better!
Good place. Yes, it’s a chain, but it’s constant. And yes, it’s Americanized, but it’s tasty. Try it if you haven’t. If you want an off the menu favorite, try the Dan Dan noodles. You’ll love it.
