If you are looking for the perfect trip for couples or groups, with entertainment and DELICIOUS food this is the place!!! Today my friend and I celebrate our anniversary. We have made reservations at Paco's Way to try their tasty paella after seeing so many great posts on their Instagram. Let me tell you, they have not been disappointed! We ordered the Paella Mar y Tierra, freshly made with many seafood, chicken and pork sausage. When you are brought out, the server puts the paella for you perfect portions for two! food had good taste, beautiful combination of protein; 1 lobster tail split, shrimp, muscle. Seafood was overcooked for my taste. Lobster was dry and chewing. Rice was good and there is a lot. The court we got was for two people. It is baked in a cast iron dish and they place it at the table. Nice platter display. It takes about 35 minutes to prepare to promote appetizers. We had the octopus while we waited. Octopus also boiled, but garlic taste was great. Bread was perfect. Nobody there during the day we were the only ones. Menu is in English and Spanish. This is my second visit to Paco?s way and I really enjoyed it. The tapas, service and overall experience were excellent. I would like to thank my server, Delvis and bartender Eduardo for such excellent service and conversation. Cudos to the cook! Thank you! I have to make plans and back to enjoy their evening entertainment. Recommend this restaurant in Miami Springs!

Is the best Spanish restaurant em Miami! It?s worth it! I?ve never been in other Spanish restaurant in Miami, but I don?t need it! We?ve eaten Spanish Croquet , grilled octopus with potatoes the winner crispy , juice the best in Miami , gambás al ajillo!! ? And main course this is delightful Paella de arroz meloso de bacalao

Came to celebrate Easter with my staff excellent menu, good quality fresh and tasty, our waitress was very knowledgeable and lead us very well for group of 20 thanks for the amazing service cudos to the staff for us a large group. We definitely come back!!!
