Nous attendions avec impatience un repas familial et les choses ont commencé avec des cruches de 15 $ de bière décente - mais ils n'avaient pas de cocacola qui était une déception à l'un de nos numéros - nous avons commencé avec la plaque à tapas pendant cinq de nous - c'était ok mais le Les piqûres de Jalapeño étaient très insignées après d'autres lieux. We were looking forward to a family meal and things started ok with $15 jugs of decent beer - however they had no CocaCola which was a disappointment to one of our number - we started with the tapas plate for five of us - it was ok but the jalapeño bites were very uninspiring after other venues. Mains were average at best with two parmigiana, a burger a pizza and salmon salad coming fairly quickly - the concencus around the table gave the food five out of ten - although the salmon quinoa salad was given more and appeared a cut above the other meals. Overall a little disappointing in this day and age to get average pub meals when so many places go the extra mile to impress.

.............Sunday arvo pub lunch. Pretty good sticky pork belly & seared scallops salad ($26 though....a little rich) onion rings and surf & turf special. The steak was served with double roasted salty & crunchy potatoes with big bbq king prawns on top. Great for a quiet lunch........

We arrived at the ale house just in time for lunch.my lunch was a special steak and a pint 22 dollars.a bargain and the green pepper sauces as to die for.i told the chef next time miss out the steak and just give me the sauce .revisit is on the cards

Le steak s'est bien goûté mieux avec d'être tendre que ce que j'ai eu à Rockpool! Cependant, mon steak était cuit moyen rare plutôt que rare :(. Je ne pouvais pas b la peine de changer cela parce que je dois manger: |

Steak tasted better along with being tender, than what I got at Rockpool! However my steak was cooked medium rare rather than rare :(. I couldn't b bothered to change it cause gotta eat :|

great place actually with tasty food and helpful staff . theres a bar off to the side and resturant area for quiet eating .
